Refund policy

DeskPrompts is operated by Clemtek, LLC. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All sales are final

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered immediately and in full upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been issued.

By completing a purchase on DeskPrompts, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that you waive any right to a cooling-off period or withdrawal right to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Before you buy

We encourage you to review the full product description and our FAQ page before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund only if: you were charged but did not receive a download link and we are unable to deliver the product after being contacted, or you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error. Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of delivery to your payment provider.
